Charlie King a day ago- I was put in contact with Carrie through a friend initially. She provided very comprehensive and professional advice from the off and, once we decided to go on the market, she was on top of things very quickly. Initial contract and agreements were clear so I understood what the costs were up front and what she was providing. The listing was excellent and Carrie ensured I was happy with the details and the asking price through clear communication. On that note, she was excellent at staying in touch using email for official communication and WhatsApp for regular informal updates. She organised and coordinated viewings with professionalism. Dealing with buyer and seller is not easy but Carrie managed the middle ground without a problem. I felt constantly supported by Carrie and she was supportive of my needs over the buyers. Overall, Carrie was superb. A true professional with a depth of knowledge of the market that one can only hope for in an estate agent.
